If you wish to cancel your order before the Google Ads campaign has been set up or started, we will issue a full refund.
Once a campaign has been launched on Google Ads, we cannot issue a full refund as the advertising budget is being spent on the platform. Partial refunds may be considered based on the remaining budget.
Since results depend on content quality, we do not offer refunds if a video receives lower engagement than expected, provided the ad delivery was successful.
